It’s looking likely to be the 2 top conferences and the rest of the field.  I say there are still ways to narrow the money gap.  Be creative with options.  Say, the field plays strictly themselves for non-conferences (big12, pac, acc, group of 5).  Make the BIG and SEC cannonball-ize each other.   Take it a step further….create a playoff within the field using bowl alliances.
