      Yes for the weekends and holidays. It’s kind of a pain, but the alternative is mass chaos.

      Its going to take 3 hours to get up the canyon tomorrow and then worry about avalanches blocking the route back down.

        Yeah it’s going to be a gong show tomorrow. I’m gonna try anyway, but after one day that was 3.5 hours up, 3.5 down, and 2 hours of skiing, I’m like… na man.

          That is so crazy. Gone are the days of empty pow days on a Sunday 20 years ago. I live in AZ now and hope my
          AC keeps working.

            Crazy. I remember skiing Alta pow on a weekday for less than $20 a pass back in the early 90s while attending the U. The 2002 Olympics was a blessing and a curse for SLC.

              Day pass is $200 now. That’s cheap compared to other resorts! Weekdays are the only hope now.

      I went up and it wasn’t terrible getting there. A few new inches really helped!
