Probably too early to guess when he could return.

Thought I heard somewhere it was a broken arm.

This has been the rumblings I’ve heard as well.

One of the players came right out and said it was a broken arm. He slipped up during an interview and blurted it out. I think it was Zach Moss from Friday or Saturday. It’s on ESPN700.

FWIW I hear they think he could be back by conference play.

Whoa. That would be amazing. I thought it was more late October. I like your news better.

It was an ugly break…compound fracture.  Depends on how it heals but anywhere from 5-8 weeks.  The good news is it’s just an arm, not a joint or torn ligaments.  And not an injury to a leg either so I’d say probably sooner than later

The silver lining is that it gives that knee some more time heal…almost a full year from the ACL.  Gives us a fresh back after the first game or 3 which will be huge.

Unfortunately 10-14 weeks is more likely. He will probably redshirt this year.
