      It was a very nice tailgate, mellow but perfect. One take away is that Utefans.net is gone forever. Somebody may buy it and keep the message board up but it will never be what Chris made it as far as building a community that went beyond the internet.

          Nobody said specifically that it is gone. Almost everybody that spoke mentioned all the events Chris used to organize, the summer bbq, flag football, tailgates, fund raisers, Millie, etc…. UFN wasn’t just a message board, it was much more. 

          UFN being gone forever is just my opinion. It would be great if somebody could rebuil it to it’s glory days but it takes a person that is both computer savy and has the skills to truly connect people on a personal level beyond the internet. There isn’t a lot of people like that. Chris had both skills and the desire to use those skills.
