      but in a stadium that size i could see them going for really cheap in the hour leading up to the game

          I ended up paying $600 for 2 tickets sec 37 row 1, that’s right around the 50. That includes StubHub markup. And I bought day we got the invite. I didn’t want to wait.

          In 93, after our loss to wazzu in the Copper Bowl, instead of driving the treacherous roads North through AZ, we bn opted to go on I8 to San Diego. We decided to go to the Holiday Bowl.and got 2 tickets from scalpers for $20 total.

          IIRC Illinois was playing Hawaii. Anyway scalpers can be scalped if you wait till right before kickoff.
