It is possible to think because two schools offer an athlete that both schools are in an even competition. Something like we took a piece from USC because they also had a USC offer. In reality there are levels at each that are different. An athlete can be considered for a lead role considering who is in the program already and others in the class. The same athlete can be considered as filler or even a project considering the same at another program. The athletes as well as the schools can get a grasp on the opportunities. No school consistently has the best opportunities in a general sense. The best opportunity may not be family legacy.
