He was asked about Jazz trade and he said Collins is a good fit, but nothing too exciting.
He thinks that there may be a lot of commitments in college football in the next few weeks. There are a few potential Utes who are scheduled to announce in early July.
He said that Hunter Andrews committed to Utah to play defense at Utah, specifically at linebacker. He is a very smart and competitive. Bartle thinks there is still some potential he could play on offense. Bartle said that Utah got a good one.
Utah lost a tight-end recruit to UW, Decker DeGraff. (This is a tough loss.) Bartle feels that Decker could start sooner at UW and that this played a role in his decision.
Utah has a lot of good young pieces in the tight-end room; Jacobsen, Bentley, etc.
Peyton Waters (an athlete) to make a decision this week. UW, Stanford, and Utah are in the mix. He is a two-way athlete.
Troy Taylor is doing an amazing job recruiting so far.
Sammy Hunter to make a decision this week. He is very fast and Utah is looking at him at CB. He is down to Iowa State and Utah. Utah is also recruiting a 4-start RB from the same high school.
