BJ had several of these games that fated year. It was also kind of his fault he had to.

Very true.  People see the undefeated and only remember the amazing stuff.  BJ was very Jekyl and Hyde

2008 Oregon St was more of Sakoda clutch win.  
2008 TCU was all BJ

2008 Sugar Bowl first quarter BJ was like a surgeon butchering Bama. 

Ludwig had some really weird play calling.  But you give BJ the two minute drill he is fire. 
Rising is also extremely good with up tempo offense.

I’m usually not one to take much stock in what the talking heads say but they did have it right on Rising’s poise. On that last drive he had two responsibilities: 1) score, and 2) take time off the clock.

He didn’t force any throws, made a couple of clutch 3rd down plays and kept the clock moving. Rising doesn’t get the press the others do but he showed in head-head matchups that he is at least the equal of both Stroud and Williams. Really, the only difference has been the weapons at his disposal.
