      Thats going to be a sweaty one if we come down to 1030 ET tomorrow night needing a UW win, hopefully they realize that if they win, and we lose to USC in the title game, the Rose Bowl might take them. Id argue they probably do.

      Exactly, Rose Bowl very much in picture for UW. That should be enough motivation. And then there’s that trivial matter of beating a heated rival.

      I think they likely take Oregon over Washington in that scenario, but certainly not a sure thing either way

        Deep down I know that, im just being paranoid. Hell, Colorado is 141st in Sagarin and im worried about all of the things we need happening and then us losing to Colorado.

      This litterally makes NO sense, because UCLA HAD to win for Utah to have a chance to get to the Pac12 title game.

      So the current scenario is if Oregon state beats the ducks then Utah is in the title game and Washington is out regardless, correct?

        There are 4 outcomes that MUST happen for Utah to be in the Pac12 title game: 

        1. Utah must beat Colorado

        2. UCLA must beat Cal – DONE

        3. Oregon Stage must beat Nike U

        4. Washington must beat Wazzu

         

        All 4 of those things have to happen in order for Utah to make it to the Pac12 title game.  Not a combination of 2 or 3 of them.  All 4.  This was a good thing that UCLA won tonight, otherwise, we’d be playing for the Vegas Bowl or the Holiday Bowl.
