      He looked like he was in great position to make the hit/tackle, but lowering the head was what got the call. It looked much worse in slow motion. I’d like to see the plays reviewed at regular speed, rather than isolating the contact and playing it at a snails pace. I think it is almost like looking at a picture rather then seeing the whole play.
