      Wonder what this is about. Also, although they say the next coach with be a current assistant, you gotta think OU will go after a top coach.

        I’m guessing it is either violations or a scandal or a combination of both. That video of the RB punching a woman was quite the black eye for their program and put him on a bit of a hot-seat.

      How about general concern about health in stressful job?  His father died coaching at 54.  Stoops is 56, he has two sons finishing-up at Norman North High School this year.   This has been in the works for awhile; he recently bought property in Chicago … let the rumors of Bears coaching job begin.
