      You can’t. You have to post it to a website like imgflip or something first, then copy the image link and then paste link into the picture link icon provided in the post.

        Correct.Use an image service, or even X. Then you can right click the image, get the image URL, and paste the image URL in the URL field when you click the IMG button. You CAN upload your own avatar and your own header for your profile.
