  Expected this but was hoping there was a chance he might play his final year of eligibility if Gabe Reid transferred in. Going to miss video game Covey!

  I was selfishly hoping he would too, but being AP 1st PR, along with his age, it’s time for him to go and give the NFL a shot.

  I think he has a future as a return specialist/spot receiver in the NFL, even if he’s a late round pick or UFA.

  He has the skills to be a return specialist in the NFL, next he will test his durability to determine how long he is in the NFL. When all of that is done, he wants to get involved in coaching. I expect he will return to Utah as a GA looking/waiting for an opening on the staff. I believe he will become an awesome coach.

  The kid did an awesome job absorbing the 9,000 “old man” jokes that were thrown upon him this year. It’s time for him to go. He will be ultra-successful in whatever he decides to do with his life I hope he stays a huge part of the Ute football program.

  He will always be one of my favorite Utes. He is a player and a leader. Love this guy!!!
  
  I hope to see him back as a coach in the future.
