What a joke. A bunch of idiots who are rioting not protesting in the “whitest” city in America
-
McBride of FrankensteinParticipant
That was not a bunch of white people protesting yesterday in SLC. It was a mix of people. Also, it was mostly protesting, very little “rioting”.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
This country is far past protesting. Rioting is the sharpest tool in the toolbox. Insurrection is possible.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
I hear Russia or China are nice. You should go on a permanent vacation.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
Government is government is government.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
So anarchy sounds good to you?
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
Does “no rulers” sound good to you?
-
gUrthBrooksParticipant
Laws sound really good to me.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I hear what you’re saying. What sounds good about laws to you?
-
gUrthBrooksParticipant
Takes away the temptation for me to come over to your house and take all of your stuff by whatever means I see as necesarry including your devices to which you make comments on the internet.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
If you need something from me, please ask. I am not attached to many things.
Also, I would challenge the belief that governmental laws are necessary for a person to act in a noble manner.
Why would you take something from someone else? Is the community in which you live not providing the things you need? If so, why is that? -
UteThunderParticipant
Your challenge falls flat on its face when you watch even just 30 seconds of these national “protests” and see hundreds, if not thousands, of people stealing in the absence of the rule of law. Laws are 100% necessary for a large segment of the population to “act in a noble manner.”
And here it is folks.
Is the community in which you live not providing the things you need? If so, why is that?
He’s a socialist.
-
gUrthBrooksParticipant
Can I have all of your stuff? All of it. I don’t need it, but I just want it because there are no laws so why not? Without laws, you have nothing to support your rights and you are not a citizen.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
Ok so you are a communist. By definition, this is communism. And yes, some people only do the right thing because it is illegal to do otherwise.
-
-
-
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
Limited government sounds good. The problem is the communists that are burning s**t and attacking people don’t want limited government. In fact, the left (who are the communists burning s**t and attacking people) want to be ruled, told where to go, what to do, where they can work, what doctor they can go to, what medical procedures they can have etc. This is not about limited government or being “ruled”.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I am a fellow anti-communist.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
I figured. Why was that so hard? You do understand that communism uses rulers, correct? It can’t function without one guy in top telling you what to do.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I agree with you. I am anti-communist. Why are you on about communism?
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
ANTIFA is communist. You are a self described anti fascist. Fascism and communism have a lot in common. If you’re not with ANTIFA but you describe yourself as one of them, someone might lump you in with them, especially in this day and age. I am happy to hear that you’re not for communism.
Now you’ve said what you’re against, but you still haven’t stated what you want to replace everything with after you burn everything down. If you have nothing to replace it with, a dictator will take control and we will have no freedoms and liberties.
ANTIFA -
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I am not involved in the antifa movement and have never claimed to be. I am not impressed with their tactics, generally, and we don’t agree politically on many issues.
However, I do believe fighting against imperialist governments and their agents is a necessity.
For that reason, the current revolutionary activity across the empire is encouraging to me. I feel it should be discussed, not feared. -
Central Coast UteParticipant
That’s fine. But you said you’re a fellow anti fascist while calling for the destruction of SLC. now your saying it should be discussed. So which is it? Do you want discussion or destruction? You’re claiming to be one thing while acting like another. You’re still not saying what you would replace the current system with. I’m trying to discuss that with you, but you’re avoiding.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I never said I was “a fellow anti fascist,” nor have I called for “the destruction of SLC.” Where are you getting that?
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
The empire needs to go. A hope would be that something beautiful rises from its ashes. There are infinite possibilities. We need to be willing to take a risk to bring an end to this imperialist, militarist state.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
You edited your last post. It originally said you’re a fellow anti fascist. You changed it to communist. Straight out of the “rules for radicals” playbook. Also the very name of this thread is calling for the destruction of SLC.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
That is incorrect. That is the way you read it. That’s why in the next post, I told you I agreed with you and reiterated my anti-communism stance.
I was indicating to you that you and I are both anti-communist. -
Central Coast UteParticipant
I’m not anti anything. I’m pro liberty and pro American. Are there things we can fix? Absolutely. Burning s**t down, is the exact opposite of what I want. You did change your post. That’s why I responded the way I did to your original post.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
You could ask someone else, but I didn’t change the post. You read it incorrectly.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
You also said rioting is the sharpest tool and we’re past protesting. By definition, rioting is destructive. I can read you like a book.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
Please do read me like a book. I am not hiding anything.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
Yeah you are. You are refusing to state what you would replace “The Empire” with. Because you know it’s bad and worse than what we have.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
*I* wouldn’t replace it with anything. The empire is a virus on the planet. No need to replace it with anything, in my opinion.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
So burn it down and have no government? You would die. Who would pay welfare? Who would provide food? Health care? There would be no Utah football. No cell phones, millions would die.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
We don’t need government to have community.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
PS You have become very trollish.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
If you want to call me a troll to try to shut me up fine. I’m not trolling. I mean everything I say and I know what I’m talking about.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I believe you mean what you say. I am not arguing that. You have been attacking me for hours.
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
Actually, no I haven’t. I’ve been asking you to explain yourself and you’ve skirted the questions. After calling for destroying the nation, I called you out. You changed your posts and I called you out for that. If you call that an attack, you truly are a snowflake and you wouldn’t last five minutes if “The Empire” fell apart.
Having a different point of view is great. No need to lie, change things up and hide your true intentions.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I haven’t skirted any questions. The answers are not as simple as you’d like. I’ve tried to respond to every question. And, the comment about my lasting five minutes…that’s not the point. I am not trying to survive. I am trying to assist the rest of the planet to survive.
And, I’d ask Tony to let you know whether or not I changed that post. He could tell you if it has been edited. I never edited it. You read it wrong because you were excited to let me know that the antifa movement is communist. -
Central Coast UteParticipant
So killing hundreds of millions will help the rest of the plant survive?
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
I stand by that comment. The empire is not threatened by protest. In fact, it is encouraged, as it makes the populace think they have power.
Riot is the best tool we have to threaten it. When we threaten its wealth, institutions, etc., empire shows the beast.

The title of the post is an encouragement for the people of Salt Lake to participate in the liberatory, revolutionary activity occurring around the empire.
-
DallasParticipant
Sheesh you’re a joke.
-
dystopiamembraneBlocked
Just different from you. But, thanks.
