Tonight Utah Men’s Basketball plays #21 ASU and Saturday we play #11 Arizona, both on the road? Both games here at the Huntsman center were competitive. Can we win on the road against such tough teams? I think it is possible, but not likely.
ASU has only one home loss (Oregon) and Vegas likes ASU by 8. I think Utah has improved since the first meeting, and recently ASU just squeaked by OSU at home and lost at Stanford, so maybe there’s a chance…
I believe Arizona State to be quite overrated, and Arizona to be the best team in the PAC-12 by far. If Utah’s to get a road win in Arizona, tonight’s the night.
Couldn’t agree more. I can’t see this year’s squad getting a W at McKale, but damn would I LOVE to be wrong on that. A split would be awesome and with only 3 road games left, would really help down the stretch (provided we can win out at home). Apart from the game in Boulder, this team could win out after the desert trip. I’d love to see this team hit their stride down the stretch and make some noise to get a little momentum we can carry into next season.
