Can they really assess a 15 yard penalty for Samson doing the “horns down”?!

  I think it is just poor writing. They were trying to say he is doing something that would earn a 15 yard penalty during the game but didn’t clarify that.

  I can’t believe how this bothers them so. It’s a sign of respect really, Texas is big time so they get mocked. Can anybody here tell me off the top of your head, the Jayhawks hand sign?……………..NO
