      I am not nearly ready to project the Utes as the third seed. There are still a number of unanswered questions about this team. However, with a healthy Rising at the helm – we could win the Big 12 and get at least a 4th seed.

      I like the national attention to our Utes. That’s always a good thing.

      Note that this article isn’t predicting seeds, but teams best positioned to make the playoff (regardless of seed). Liberty is #5 because of their likely easier path for a G5 bid, not because they will be the #5 seed
