  No, I’m not talking about Provo-Orem.
  
  Apparently the idea of a college basketball non-conference bubble has some traction. This is being proposed for Houston, TX, that is if Hurricane Laura doesn’t mow the city down or flood it out to sea.
  
  Seems like this same sort of things could be done for western teams in LA/Anaheim or Las Vegas.
