  Not sure what to think about this and what his motives are. I guess its cool he wants to be part of the Jazz.

  His motives are probably to make money. The best way to do that is if the Jazz win.

  It pays to know the right people. Wade knew Smith, Wade has ambitions, Smith owns a team, ownership for Wade helps team, Smith and Wade make money. This is a really good situation that has fallen into the lap of the Jazz.
