Big strong kid…similar to Leki coming out of high school. Same body!! Has a lot of work to do and a lot to learn about the effort he could provide but before he’s gone we could see a very productive player with tremendous upside!

Glad he’s finally put himself in a spot to move forward academically.

Still has Summer school to finish but will enroll in the Fall or Spring (more likely) and be a part of the 2021 class.

Yes…originally committed as a TE but don’t think that’s realistic – DL is where he ends up. Still unclear if he joins in the Fall or Spring. Could play another year in Ephraim and join in Jan.

I like Kuithe but Utah needs more threats at TE. Ludwig’s bread and butter. TE and RB. Get some of these huge athletic “played basketball” book ends.

Connor O’Toole was a pretty good TE recruit they got this year.

Why can’t I find any recruiting profile page from Rivals on this guy?  Is he a high school Senior?  Is he a JUCO Freshman or Sophomore?  If he’s Leki’s kid brother, SOMEBODY should have rated him by now!

3 star committed to BYU and flipped with Jaren Kump out of Herriman. Wasn’t able to get through the clearinghouse out of HS. Played at Snow JC last year. He will be re-rated…probably similar to what he was before.

If he plays at Snow this Fall he’ll have 3 to play 2 at Utah. If he doesn’t he’ll have 3 to play 3.

Not sure yet what he’s going to do

Where have schools failed serving athletes if they can’t get through the clearinghouse after High School.  Know nothing about the Fotu’s family particulars but at least he had an older brother who could help steer him through and motivate him to get the education he needs to get eligible — and for life?

            Where have schools failed?

Are his teachers supposed to do his homework and take the tests for him?
