      Yeah, I read that a few days ago. He’s really milked the system in a good way for all it’s worth. He might have a doctorate by the time his eligibility runs out.

      His name always reminded me of the mythical “Captain Tuttle” character on M*A*S*H.
      Didn’t the Utes miss out on some other quality QB’s who didn’t come to Utah since Tuttle was supposed to be a 3-year starter?
