happened in the last 7 days? I almost can’t remember what happened in Tempe.

The playoffs start tonight. Ludwig’s gonna Ludwig, Whitt’s gonna Whitt. Every game is an eliminator. I’m truly excited to see it play out in a way I haven’t been for a couple of years,

we’re already eliminated. all we can do is ruin it for tspp and iowa st.

lot’s of losses to go around. Iowa State still plays Texas Tech and K State. Lose one other + Utah, Utah holds the tie-breaker. parochial school has easiest remaining schedule but stub their toes + lose Utah, Utah holds the tie-breaker. No one in the conference is unbeatable.

There are plenty of scenarios where Utah makes the CCG since the season is only 1/3 done, but they all require Utah to win out.

I can’t see the TDS going undefeated. They’ve already had two very near misses (SMU and OSU) and I can’t imagine that they have any more Mulligans left. Plus, being undefeated, they’re going every team’s best shot from here on in.

they have had the luckiest streaks. they should honestly have 2 if not 3 losses.

Yeah, I don’t really count the Baylor game as one of those because they had a big lead during the entire contest that they frittered away. They remind me of one of those flawed teams that jumps off to a great start of the season, loses once, and then proceeds to lose many more times before the end of the season. There’s absolutely nothing about them that says to me “Team of Destiny.”

luck in a single instance can be true but it’s not sustainable over the long term. at some point you have to credit their focus and preparation. things can turn around for them just as quickly but I wouldn’t attribute that to bad luck.

            Even Baylor was super close.

Unless utah pulls out a massive miracle before the game is over AND i highly doubt that as the two loses has spilled over into the TCU game, they are NOT going to beat BYU or ISU. Utah is playing like a G5 team.

I just haven’t seen the evidence that we are that team. We thought Okie St. was the evidence but they are clearly a middle of the road team at best this year.
