  Apparently he entered his name into the transfer portal. It’s too bad I hoped he would stay.

  That sucks, but it makes sense. He lost a lot of snaps last year to Bernard and will lose a lot this year to Bowen etc. I hope he finds somewhere he can contribute at LB right away.

  Not surprised. He has gotten the shaft. I don’t blame coaches for accepting transfers and playing them ahead of Donovan, but I can see why he would want out. Stinks for our depth as well.

  he really has had a number of kicks between the legs (metaphorically speaking of course). First there was the scheme change to primarily 2 linebackers. Then there was Chase moving to linebacker from his safety spot. Then there was Bernard, and now the dude from Penn St.
  
  I’m surprised he stayed as long as he did. He has always done a good job, he deserves to play somewhere.
