Tuttle looks to have a reasonably strong arm.  He is another Ute QB recruit that slings it side arm!  He is listed as 6′ 4″ but he delivers the ball about as high as Shelley, who is much shorter.

Shelley has an average arm that will probably be exposed at the D1 level.  He is a great athlete, and a talented runner!  He may end up with special plays from the QB position that are 90% run.  I’m sure that the defensive coaches are already salivating over moving him to a DB position.

Hard to tell how accurate either passer is, both will have to be extremely good in the accuracy department to take the starting QB position at Utah.

      Just my impressions.

Tuttle tearing it up as well in SD camps. I read that he scored on all his drives but one and threw 20 TD’s in three games.

Side arm? His release is nowhere near Wilson, however Tuttle is still a senior in high school, he won’t be here till next year. With two senior QB’s on the roster Huntley would be wise to red shirt this year and compete next year for starter. Shelley is an intriguing player, wonder if he switches to baseball if he doesn’t get the playing time?

Do they wrap up well when they tackle?  It’s important to examine the fundamentals when measuring the talent of future Safeties.
