    Brutal. We were in the airport for a long time and then the ground crew couldn’t push our plane back away from the gate because it was too snowy and slippery. Got in to LA at 3am instead of 9pm.

      Yeah they have to spray down the planes and de-ice pretty much everywhere. Plan on delays.
      
      And realize, that plane isn’t just sitting there waiting for you. It may have come from NYC, Chicago or Denver. Where they are de-icing all the time. Adds about 10-20 mins to every flight.
