Glad Harlan waited to see our CFP ranking on Tuesday night before agreeing to play Washington.

We would have played this game regardless. I’m pretty sure the PAC said that all non conference games will only be allowed if no other PAC teams are available.

Can you imagine BYU’s suprise that they are rated ahead of USC and Oregon?  Even Wiskey and Texas have better wins.  How can you justify any seperation between Costal Carolina, Marshall, and BYU, all without a loss?  Scoring margin can’t be it because pretty much every nonBYU team rests in the 4th quarter with a 30 point lead, many would consider that dickish behavior rather than a factor of strength.  This is like the guy that always asks the uglest girl in the bar to dance and brags that they rarely get turned down.  He makes the point after a guy that asks the hottest girl in the bar and gets turned down.  Yep, he is  one of the most desireable guys to walk the planet…

We have no reason to believe BYU would be above 500 right now if they had played a schedule of all P5 games, you know like every P5 team is doing.  Or Marshall, Costal Carloina, Cincy, Liberty.  Can you imagine the discussion about the best overall HS team in the state when the 6A, 5A, and 4A champs have losses but the 2A champ is undeffeated?
