  This post seems lonely so I will reply to it. GA is a bad hire.
  
  GA corresponded with a sports writer in Oregon via Text message. His texts included him bagging on the school he is working for and his assistants who work for him. This is not talent Utah has hired as he hasn’t accomplished anything really on his own.

    Well, he did recruit Bobby Wagner, Robert Turbin, and Kerwynn Williams to USU. And Matt Asiata, Stevenson Sylvester, and the Kruger boys to Utah. And he brought Ola Sagapolu (NT) and Chikwe Obasih (DE), and a bunch of their current OL to Wisconsin.

      Wagner was a two star and only had one offer out of high school. I stand by my original statement. I feel like GA has an eye for raw talent. But Utah has an abundance of that on staff already.

        And GA developed Wagner into an exceptionally skilled player.
        
        GA is an extremely good hire for the staff. I do not want him to be our next HC. Those two statements are not contradictory.

  This is going to be interesting, no doubt. I still don’t know how I feel about it.
  
  Maybe Gary just isn’t cut out to be a head honcho and does better when he is managed.
