I don’t know how we can yet judge the effectiveness of Taylor’s system until we have a functional O line. No play, good or bad, has time to develop if there is zero time.
Very interesting indeed. But the problem I have with this take is that, unless I’m missing something, it doesn’t really take into account game flow/momentum/down and distance situations. It sounds frankly absurd to hear Utah shouldn’t run the ball more even with improved O line play.
I agree with this negative. RIP sack Lake City. Positive would be Huntley earlier on, but the shine has worn off a bit lately for me. Maybe our Gay guy.
Negatives: Defensive Line play and rushing defense.
Positives: How quickly the young secondary has picked it up. Huntley: I was one of those people who was in the Williams camp in preseason, and I was highly skeptical when Huntley was named the starter. I was wrong. Huntley is the man for the job, and I look forward to seeing how he runs the offense next year. (True freshman Tuttle will not start).
