      Didn’t read but if it is about grooming the Associate Head Coach to take over for Whitt it is a pretty easy inference to make.  Why else do you give GA a title he doesn’t deserve since most of you agree HE WASNT a great HC.

        The title given to him allowed Utah to pay him more.  That’s it.  I’m not saying he wouldn’t be a candidate for the Utah HC position in the future, but it’s way too early to infer that.

          They wouldn’t have had to pay him well if he kept his contract. That’s what makes him appealing but he didn’t do that.
