Per Wilner. Pac12 is “back in the game”. Still need to clear county health regulations, though.

We’ll see if they can start fall camp soon enough to begin football in October.

If only we could have been there when Newsom had his Mayor Quimby moment. I am sure he was telling his aid that he wasn’t preventing anything and the aid looked at him and said “actually sir, you are.” haha

Guess we found the Simpsons hater in the group…

I’ll believe it when I see it. With how blue states and the Dems have “run things” over the years, I’ve learned to not get my hopes up based off of empty promises. I’ll get excited when I see the Utes on the field.

The zoobs over on cougarboard are FURIOUS over the idea that the Pac-12, BigTen, and MWC might actually play this fall after all. Haha!
-
Central Coast UteParticipant
Of course they are. Their bull s**t ranking will vanish as soon as the BIG, PAC, and MWC start

and yet another hypothetical national championship slips through their fingers. In the past they had to at least lose a game to see the dream die, but this year it’s just the threat of the Utes playing that has crushed their dreams. Hahaha

They are currently undefeated, if they end their season that way, they should be national champions. (That’s how they got their last one).

How do the zoobs on UH.C feel about it?

“…the best-case scenario is six weeks of practice, training camp and starting [the season] end of October, early November.” – L. Scott
“I want to recommend that the Pac-12 also get going because there’s no reason why Pac-12 shouldn’t be playing now.” – D. Trump

It’s funny to see the CougarBoard obsession with the Pac-12. They are so anti-Pac-12 it’s funny. We all know why. They are extremely jealous. I laugh everytime I see the occassional reference to the conference still as “Pac-10”, or my favorite, “Pac-10+2”. The envy just oozes.

Most people on this board are obsessed with the Pac-12, many anti-Pac-12 comments. Are we jealous, also?

Derp.

I was attempting, poorly, it seems, to get across the following point. Perhaps, they are not jealous, but rather simply hate us and everything we are a part of? Calling them jealous is a bit pompous, in my opinion.

However, I do want to acknowledge Utesbyfive’s “Derp.” I am quite a social imbecile most times.

I get your point, but they didn’t hate the PAC 12 until Utah joined. After the Utes joined they went independent and have been desperate to get into the BIG 12 ever since. if you speak to a BYU fan, it’s obvious that they are jealous that Utah has passed them up in football. Most admit it, but they know it.

It’s because they’re jealous. You can hate on Utah without hating on the entire league. But the zoobs hate on the entire league. They’d duped themselves into believing that they were too good for the WAC, and then too good for the MWC, and that they’d been conducting these super secret negotiations with the Pac-10 for THEIR invitation…..
…..but when an invitation actually went out, it was to Utah! And ybU-p wasn’t even considered! So now Utah is a P5 school, and they’re still an indy-irrelevant midmajor. Their media contract is worth “nearly $4 million per year”, whereas Utah’s is over $30 million, and climbing. THAT’s why they hate the league.
