USC has active scholarship offers beyond their total scholarship allotment. Which means they are willing to dump some of their current commits if a better recruit commits later.
It’s just low class, in my opinion. Don’t offer a kid a scholarship and let them commit if you aren’t willing to honor it indefinitely.
Rough game for USC. They did just win the pac 12 championship and finished the season 11-3, which is pretty solid though.
Serious question: Is it that their talent level is so much higher that 11-3 is underachieving for them? Or is it because Darnold is such a good prospect that it should translate to more wins? Probably both, right?
Darnold is garbage. He was on fire for Utah but they seemed like better catches than throws in that fourth quarter. Also knee was down. But meh I am over it.
