  Just thought I’d pass the word along. If you go that route, try to get one with the large filet side (small side) as big as it can be. The other side, the NY side is good too, but if you can land an extra meaty filet side for $5.77/lb, you’re doing pretty good.
  
  I think the quality of Smith’s meat is just ok for their non-grass-fed stuff, but I won’t pass on a deal like this.
