Don’t live in the area, so no. Brownies are chocolate on top of chocolate with more chocolate. It’s like fudge where even people who put nuts on them still aren’t able to screw them up. Even overcooked brownies still taste good, albeit on the crunchy side. Gas stations have good brownies.
Now if you told me they had world class cinnamon rolls, I’m on the next plane. I’ve been known to plan family vacations around stopping for a really good cinnamon roll. And I’ve never believed someone again who told me they’d found a decent cinnamon roll that turned out to be uncooked dough with watery icing and raisins as hard as rocks.
