Herm is responsible for his team’s dirty play

But Danny Gonzales has said numerous times he teaches his team to hurt the opposing team. Says he doesn’t want to injure them, but they should be hurt.

The cheap shots against Zack and Solomon we watched were obviously purposeful.

That kind of play is contagious. When you see someone go after a teammate like that, your first instinct is payback. No one wins.

While Herm is ultimately responsible, I find that life is much easier when you don’t get offended/angry when there is no actual proof that offense/injury was intended. In this case, Herm apologized. What good does it do to harbor ill will?

Gonzalas was quoted in the post game presser saying that “Utah’s receivers hold on every play and the Refs don’t call it”. So he tells his DBs to punch them in the throat. “If they can’t breathe they can’t hold”
