Whitt has had 11 years to win the conference. I agree he should be allowed to retire on his own terms but he needs to have some of his autonomy taken away if this is indicative of his current coaching ability.

You can’t have a coach tell everyone this is his most talented team and then provide the worst performance since 2007 without questioning his ability to either evaluate, motivate or handle the tasks of his job.
