We bought on December 3rd but haven’t received our tix in the mail – I emailed sharp seating today and they said they were mailed the first week of december..
Yes, we purchased through Sharp seating and they mailed the tix within a week or so of ordering.
On the website FAQ’s regarding lost tickets, it states that if you contact them, they will send you replacement tickets. Seems odd they don’t issue electronic tickets like every other event in the world, but sounds like they are willing to resend them.
Perfect, I hope they can sort me out tomorrow. I did receive an email from sharp that had a link to “e tickets” but got a retraction email shortly after that.
