      I conclude that more people are not practicing safe-sex.  Not just a Utah County thing.  Not a good thing, no matter where it is.

      There was also a ton of false positives. I remember an article awhile back(2016ish) that lab practices in Utah are not very good.
      In fact my wife got a false positive at her doctor for a serious STD. I went and got tested and nothing. Then she got tested again and nothing. It was not a fun week for us.
