Dodgers – Giants game tonight was epic and this series should be must watch TV. I love, LOVE, college football, but Baseball is simply the greatest.  The strategy, the intensity, etc.

I understand why so many don’t like because it is slow, but once you know the game, there is nothing like it. Here’s hoping a few of you check out this Dodgers – Giants series this weekend.

So the Yankees, they had a good August, made rapid leaps, but seems like they’ve cooked off a bit. That AL East is a beast of a division. FTD.

Football comes first but I do like baseball. Unfortunately, not many young people like it. I hope it can survive in the future.

Yeah, it’s concerning, what I find is that lis of kids like playing it, but few like to watch it. I think it will be fine in the future, and it really is a great game. FTD.

The problem with baseball is the pace. It’s 12 seconds of action crammed into 4 hours of coverage. It’s a dying pastime among the young because it doesn’t satisfy our need for constant entertainment.

I understand that baseball is highly strategic, and that’s somewhat compelling as a participant, but a pure strategy game is not necessarily fun to watch. Chess is also a pure strategy game, but guess what? I won’t watch chess either.

Thumbs down if it makes you feel better, but I’m just the messenger.

I love baseball and I can attest that it is alive and well in Seattle. Lots of young kids everywhere in M’s gear. We are even flirting with making the playoffs this year for the first time in like 270 years (I think we own the longest playoff drought in pro-sports) with a current record of 73-62. This team get an enormous amount of support for being pretty much awful for years.

What Shohei Ohtani is doing this year may never be done again. I’m not a big baseball guy but I know that much.

Played it, didn’t like it. Played softball and didn’t like it. Tried really hard to enjoy watching. I am not a fan.

The only sports I watch is CFB, and I’m very afraid the reasons I like it are evaporating. 😞
