      Yea, not the brightest bulb in the pack.

      I remember him complaining about being stuck in Utah his whole freshman year. Then Utah proceeded to make him millions and he promptly stiffed them.

      To be fair, he was probably just watching out for his little sister. At least it wasn’t a drunken bar fight or something similar.

        I agree. A fight, who cares? But he’s had multiple DUI’s so there’s beginning to emerge a trend of bad decisions being made.

      I don’t think you need to stomp a guy’s head after he’s already down to look out for your sister, but you are not always in complete control in those situations

      I haven’t looked at the statute but my guess is the charge comes from the injury, and from how he got it. That doesn’t mean he started it, maybe just finished it too strong. Speculating based on the charge without reading documents or detailed report.
