I think we turn the corner today. Not saying we go undefeated or even win the South for that matter, but we’ll start playing like a team that cares. I’m feeling it. This feeling was missing for the TDS and SDSU games. Playing at home will help. I will be there, cheering loudly as usual! LFG!!!

I hope you’re right. But it would just add to the disappointment of the last two weeks because I would wonder why it took two losses for the coaches and team leaders to get things moving in the right direction.

Agree, Utes come out this game with more focus. Most, if not all of the funk is mental focus. Plenty of talent on the team. This team is physically and mentally young in the college football world. Senior leadership is way undervalued. Rising is the vocal leader the team needs on offense. He needs to be protected at all costs. Would not be surprised to see Jackson gets some reps.

There are still some issues in the trenches that need to get fixed quickly. I hope adjustments are made to play with more tempo, and get the ball in the play makers hands and please stick with an Oline and go with it to help builds some continuity. Coaches need to also step up in a big way as well, a lot of the execcution and other stuff is on them.

Ton of talent on this team and the P12 South is wide open. This game is pivotal to see where this team is going. Beauty of sports is you get these life learning lessons on overcoming adverstiy, resillience, and coming together as a team with more focus. 

Man, not making exucses. Watching a lot of football this year so far, I do think the 2020 Covid year has made the entire 2021 season weird, epecially for the P12. Go Utes!
