    Have you tried Wicked Peel or Sergios in South Jordan/Riverton? Good stuff. Not Neopolitan style like Settebello but just good pizza.

  I encourage people to check out Formula 1! I started following ~3 years ago. Never had any interest in motor racing prior to this, but am now hooked. And it’s perfect for the football off-season as the F1 season just began last weekend. You can watch the Drive to Survive series on Netflix for a great intro to the sport.

  Utah Lacrosse has a bye this weekend, but next week will be our conference opener — vs Bellarmine. Utah is currently only 1-4, but we’d faced a very aggressive non-conference schedule (i.e. #19 Denver, #10 Johns Hopkins, and #7 Rutgers), and split the Marquette and Vermont matchups. So record notwithstanding, not bad.
  
  Utah is 5-0 all-time vs Bellarmine, and, after winning last year’s regular season conference title, was the preseason pick to win it again in 2023. Bellarmine (4-1) — the #4 preseason conference pick — is currently receiving votes in the latest Inside Lacrosse poll, so next week’s game should be very interesting. And it’s in Salt Lake City, so you locals might wanna go check it out.

  Villagio is my current favorite in the Salt Lake area. Close second is Estes.
  Salsa? I make a really good smoked tomatillo recipe. I mostly use it in my Chile verde.
