ParticipantAccording to Erik Mckinney, the Utes just landed a QB, Jack Tuttle for 2018. I don’t know much about him, but seems like it could be a huge commitment

Nice.

ParticipantEspn 300 recruit and rivals has him ranked 128th as a 4 star. I never get too worked up by early commits but qbs definitely flip less often and generally commit earlier.

ParticipantI am seriously intrigued by our QB talent coming in. I really think Shelley is going to be special and I love Huntleys mental makeup. And this kid might be the most talented of the 3. We better freaking fugure out how to develop these kids

ParticipantTuttle 2016 highlights:
The part I like (almost) best: He’s carrying a 4.3 GPA and a big draw in coming to the U was the entrepreneurship program in the business school. Lassonde Institute: Launching Companies and Landing Recruits Since 2016.

ParticipantWow. He has the quickest release I have seen in a high school QB in a long time.
I also like having smart players on our team. We have a good history with smart QBs from San Diego.

InactiveHe does get the ball out quickly. 3/4 arm delivery, but not nearly as low as Travis Wilson. He can run. He can read defense and improvise when flushed from the pocket. Accuracy is good, but never saw a single deep ball thrown. I’ll take the ability to throw on the run and improvise to make the play.

InactiveFrom aa good friend who’s son went to San Marcos HS:
“Good arm, smart, decent runner. That’s where Casey went
it is a sports powerhouse.”
