      129 yards on 19 carries for 6.8 a pop 💪 👏

Saw a Ute fan on X(twitter) complaining about our running backs and running game. I don’t get it. Lol🤣😂

We met Ja’Quinden’s parents today. They are great people!

Not surprising at all. They’ve raised a great young man! Such a humble, hardworking kid that has been through sooooo so much. I’ve never been happier to see someone succeed.

What’s crazy is he was definitely a little slow. He would have had 200 if he was full speed.

For sure…if he was 100 percent, he wouldn’t have been caught from behind on the long run he had in the 1st half.

JJ was the co-offensive player of the game, IMO, along with Nate.

Ja’Quinden is just a class act, going back to last year with our RB depth issues. Proved his character in special teams, first.

If you ever get a chance to meet him, ask “Whataburger or In-N-Out?” You’ll probably get that million dollar smile and a hearty laugh.

[It’s a fun, friendly, long running “debate” between the Cali kids and the Texas kids that has been going on at least since Jordan Wynn was playing. Cali kids like In-N-Out, Texas kids… you know]

There were parts of that game where JJ (aided by the O line) was the only offense Utah could muster. If nothing else he was keeping the D off of the field for a few fist downs.
