SAN FRANCISCO – For the second time this season, Gianna Kneepkens has been named the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Freshman of the Week.
The Duluth, Minn. native made her third straight start at Oklahoma and played a career-high 31 minutes. She scored 19 points on 7-of-16 shooting to lead the Utes in scoring. This was her third time this season leading the team in scoring.
Besides scoring, Kneepkens collected five rebounds and one steal against the Sooners. She has scored in double-figures in six of the 11 games this season.
