Not sure if anyone has been seeing all the recruits UCF has been landing… but they are seriously building something over there! At this point that game might end up being our toughest! Whatever they are doing in the portal, it is working very well.

I said the same as soon as the schedule came out. Cross country, short week, have to deal with whatever Thanksgiving stuff the team does.,, all of that is before you consider the access they have to some of the best recruiting areas of the country and a coach who has been to a National Championship game before.

UCF’s path is pretty similar to Utah’s. Overlooked G5 that forced it’s way into the conversation, has made the move up and should be expected, with competent coaching, to challenge for conference titles in the near future.

You mean last game of the regular season!

Anticipating multiple post-season games this year, starting with the B12 Championship game.

      Go Utes!!

Already booked my hotel, rental car and flights for this trip. I’m excited for the game. I definitely feel as if it could be a trap game. Hopefully we already have the conference game rep wrapped up by then.

Yeah, but we’ve got Cam Rising, Brant Kuithe, Dorian Singer, etc..Malzahn is OK as a head coach. He had a great first season with Auburn but then averaged fives losses a season for his next seven years. He also inherited a pretty damn good UCF program from Josh Heupel but has had 16 losses in his three seasons in Orlando. Yeah, they had a decent recruting rating this offseason but who really looks at that any more? Guaranteed that a lot of those guys never even start for UCF and are wearing another uniform next season. Plus, if you look at the average rating of their current recruits, Utah is just above them. I’m not afraid of them, at all. Still a commuter school, they’ve got a long ways to go before the can be considered major threats for anything.

We’re getting crushed in recruiting in comparison to UCF. Looks like last year wasn’t an anomaly.
