If Pittman ends up being WR1 at any point Utehub users can vote on a new username for me to use for 1 calendar year.

For the purposes of this wager WR1 means:
– #1 on the depth chart at WR-X or WR-Z OR
– #1 WR in receiving yards (not including TEs or RB)
– CANNOT be due to injury of those who were listed ahead of him on the depth chart UNLESS he gains more yards through the air than Vele did last year. In that case injuries to other WRs will be overlooked.

If I can’t change my username (not sure if that is an option on Utehub), I’ll just create a new account with the voted for username and use that one exclusively for 1 year.

This isn’t about me showing anyone up. This isn’t about me putting my username where my mouth is. It’s just good fun. I’ll gladly change my username to whatever you guys decide if I’m wrong so long as it isn’t against site rules.

You know he caught the 2nd most balls at FSU last year right? He’s a slot guy so he specializes in short to intermediate routes so he’s not going deep often and his yards are a little deceiving. He averaged over 10 ypc though.

Just for fun go look at his offer list out of high school. Clearly didn’t fully translate but this kid has all the tools he needs to be very good in our offense. User name or not he’s a guy that’s gonna win a lot of 1v1’s!!

#1 slot receiver is not WR1. WR1 = best WR on the team. I don’t want to get into this again, and that isn’t the purpose of this post, so I won’t elaborate further here.

Cooper Kupp is considered a slot receiver. He also lines up outside at times but he is a slot and the best WR in the NFL. Pittman is not Cooper Kupp but did mention he can and has lined up outside as well.

Could you elaborate? I’m not necessarily opposed to the idea, I’m just not sure what you mean.

Maybe it doesn’t matter, but did I make any representations as to whether or not Bridges was going to be WR1? I posted so many times I can’t remember and I don’t care enough to look back at that thread.

You didn’t, but he’s a 5* receiver that we haven’t officially gotten yet. If we do, he will absolutely be WR1 over Mycah or anyone else on the roster, IMHO

Very possible…depends on how quickly he picks up the offense. It’s been a while since he’s played D1 football. I 100% agree that Bridges would be a WR1 talent, just not sure if it’s this year or next.

Either way adding Simmons, Pittman and (right/left fingers crossed) Bridges we have significantly improved the WR room. There might be a 4th add in the mix as well.

Get one of these TE’s, a safety and one more DL and we’re golden!
