Wish he would get set up with some editing equipment for better video quality though.

I love the last line… “Takes him down, let’s him know ‘I just ate your lunch…see you next play”. Awesome!

These weekly game film breakdowns by Hans are really great; perhaps one of the highlights of my week (in terms of Ute fandom). It is a nice look into how a coach or player sees the game, versus most casual fans. Kudos to Hans for taking the time do make these videos.

Watch that Huntley TD again.  Moss is the only one on the wrong page.  I believe Huntley is covering for him again.  Uhatafe clears all of that real estate and it would have allowed Moss to walk in if he went to the right.

No, it’s Huntley who went the wrong way.  The play is set up to have Kaufusi be the guy Huntley needs to read.  Uhatafe and Barton scoop up to the backers, the TE (was that Siale?) pulls across the formation from the right to get out in front of Huntley if Kaufusi takes Moss and Huntley has to pull it and run around the end.  From the way the nose guard was able to get across Lo’s face and into the gap, Huntley probably would have pulled it and ran with it anyway.

He probably can’t directly copy the feed due to copyright issues.

That should make no difference. Further, he would be firmly within fair use, in my mind, since his work is transformative as commentary and criticism.

I love these. As someone who never played the game, the line stuff is always just a jumble to me. I know there’s stuff going on, but until someone points it out like this, I can never really figure it out. Hans does a really good job breaking it down.
