ParticipantVery disappointed in lack of creativity and not taking what the defense gives you last week. We have big tight ends but most can’t run away from coverage. Why not curl patterns? Run 5 yards and turn around. Make the defender run through you to get the ball.
Big time pressure and zero screen passes to tight ends or running backs. Dijon Stanley has disappeared. He needs to get the ball in space, not running between the tackles.
Very few rub routes in the red zone. Hard for freshman QB to throw streak routes close to end zone.
Hopefully this week we have prepared a different strategy.

ParticipantYou should draw up those plays and take them to Ludwig.

KeymasterThere are things Ludwig just doesn’t do. I don’t get it!

KeymasterSo you’re saying Cam’s not starting…

ParticipantTexas Tech just figured out a way to score a RZ TD on Arizona. We better study them.

MFury
ParticipantAnd TT is down 3 starting DBs and have been able to stifle the AZ offense.

ParticipantIt’s crazy how much more fun to watch and effective other teams’ offenses are. Even the ones with low talent are making plays and they feel extremely varied in what they’re calling. I see chunk yardage so much more frequently.

ParticipantSounds like you should go be a “fan” of one of those teams.
Like Bama, explosive offense, and they never lose to inferior teams. Or fellow SEC team Tennessee, they have an absolute beast of an offense these past few seasons, I bet that offense wouldn’t let them lose
Or USC, always explosive top offensive talent and… don’t…. lose … to teams with inferior talent?
Is what some people might reply with, who are jerks, but not me I would never say that.

ParticipantI specifically call out that I enjoyed watching the teams with lower talent succeed and you name three losing teams with MORE talent than their opponents this week???
Somebody with a single wrinkle in their brain might’ve come to the conclusion that I might’ve been referring to the OTHER three teams in your noted matchups. lol
If you wipe the drool from your chin and want to give this comment another shot I’m open to that. But I can’t promise you’ll make a better case for yourself. I also can’t promise that I’ll find your pathetic sniveling take on being a fan compelling either. iF oThEr TeAmS aRe fUN tO WAtcH tHeN bE fAnS oF ThEm. Lol. Here’s an inconvenient truth for you: that just means I like watching football and I don’t have a maladaptive insecurity about finding other teams good or entertaining.

ParticipantInteresting, so you do recognize when other people post stupid things and conveniently twist words.
But don’t worry, I was just taking a p**s. From the game chats, I thought people gave you a bit of grief and you to them.
Me and my smooth brain, and I would be far too stupid to be insulted, luckily for me.

ParticipantI respect pretending that your take was a bad joke slightly more than I respect doubling down on it, which is standard practice. Your virtue shines.

ParticipantI hope there are a few designed QB runs where Wilson gets 0 yards but gets absolutely crushed.
-
Yergensen
ParticipantThose IW designed runs only happen with Charlie Vincent in the backfield.
Like when Mitchell is in the backfield he is getting the ball, between the tackles.
Like when Lohner is on the field (only happens in the red zone) he is getting the ball.
If we can see the patterns and predict the play calls, so can the opposing teams.
At least Ludwig is enjoying semi-retirement. Good for him.

KeymasterPlays we should run (especially with Wilson) but for some astonishing reason we don’t and/or cant.
Quick slant to WR or TE
Screen
Short pass over the middle (where the blitzing linebackers used to be)
PLAY ACTION
RPO’s
