Minky Couture Utah Utes Blanket

Since Ute Hub has grown to be such a fantastic Ute fan community, Minky Couture reached out to me and asked if they could send in a blanket for me to try, and share my thoughts to the board. I’d heard/seen their ads at the games before but didn’t think much of them. So I said sure. They sent me two blankets, a monster size with Ute logos, and a small one for my boy with emergency vehicles pattern.

I was blown away at how soft and comfortable the blankets are. I now get why they have the name “minky” since the furry side is as soft as mink fur (see pic above). It is unreal.

I checked out their website. I found Aggie blankets but no Ute blankets. Is there a direct link?

Yeah I noticed that too.  I wonder if they’re sold out. I’ll ping my contact and let him know.

“Minky Couture was completely sold out of the Utah blankets but has started a new manufacturing run of them. The blankets should be finished within a few weeks.”  Guess it was bad timing on my part, doing this post after they sold out.

I got the Utes one for Christmas last year.  It is the best blanket I’ve ever had!
