What does it mean? More chaos I presume.

No one knows what it means, but it’s provocative.

        This, I guess:

Under the new rules, transfer athletes will be allowed to sign with a new school after they’ve formally entered the portal. Per the NCAA, once a prospect has signed a written offer of athletic aid, other schools will be “prohibited from recruiting communications.”

I can’t imaging it changing too much since NIL turned CFB on its head.

NCAA should just quietly dissolve and go away. No need to have them anymore.

The same schools that set up the NCAA and allowed it to become the disgrace it is will be in charge of setting up whatever new entity is dreamed up. I daresay that will be more of the same

Eagle, it wouldn’t surprise me if it comes down to that. They’re just a middle-man at this point. You’d think all of the bluebloods would get together and cut them completely out of the picture. I can’t see what the NCAA could do about it.
